Apparently Escape From LA is set in 2013, fortunately or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) we don’t have a Snake Plisken in this dimension to bring civilisation to its knees. Stupid future.
So is The Postman, apparently. Only two years until Roy Batty gets activated though, that’s something to muse over. Happy New Year….
