mintys marathon movie medley – xv
I’ve been looking for an excuse to link to this for a while, possibly the best reaction shot in cinema history:
The movie is Woody Allen’s early Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Sex and it links to Southern Comfort via Powers Boothe who was also in John Boorman’s The Emerald Forest, Boorman directed Burt Reynolds in Deliverance and he appeared in the final scene of Everything You Wanted…. Given that things are going to be getting a bit more violent round here next month given a season that the BFI are running I thought it would be nice to spread some comedic relief around beforehand.
